Hello there! Merideth here(the lady in green!!) I am a New Orleans wedding planner and also the heart and soul behind Belle Soiree. I started this sweet little business sitting by the kitchen table almost 10 years ago. After years and years of planning and executing catering events and begging (literally) to work my OWN events, I decided to take the biggest leap of faith of my life. I am a firm believer if you want something to happen, you need to make it happen yourself. I bought my LLC, quit my job, created a website, and Belle Soiree was born. The rest is history! I worked my butt off in between all of that too :).

There are so many reasons we believe every bride should have a wedding planner. Yes, the thought of planning a wedding is very exhilarating. But in reality, it is like solving a Rubik's Cube. Much like a movie, a wedding has to be produced, scripted, edited, and directed. As a visual feast for the eyes, a wedding has to have a flow and a tempo. It needs to be as pleasing to your guest as it is for you. As the star of your movie, can you envision yourself being the central character, producer, editor, and run interference for all minor details on your wedding day? We didn't think so! 

Our goal is to create an organized New Orleans wedding planning experience that allows you to enjoy every step of the process, ensuring a wedding day that is as close to perfect as possible. We hope you gain a friend along the way too! It just doesn't get much better than that!
